Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way here.

Hello, I’m Susan—a hypercurious ADHD coach, educator, parent, and American/French expat with decades of experience supporting individuals and families across continents and cultures.

My work is deeply personal, shaped by my journey as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, and as a parent, sibling, and educator immersed in its many layers.

I’m passionate about helping others navigate the complexity of ADHD—especially for those managing transitions, searching for identity and belonging, or living between cultures.

If you're ready to discover what's possible when your attention and intentions work together, I'd love to support you!

People with ADHD bring sparkle to a world that’s often ho-hum

Living with ADHD can be exhilarating, with its bursts of energy, excitement, curiosity, and insight.

But as we try to follow our instincts and pursue our interests, familiar patterns can emerge. We begin a new project with enthusiasm and energy, only to lose momentum along the way. We become overwhelmed, distracted, or stuck, and never quite make it to the "ta-dah!" finish line. So often, what starts as a firecracker can end in a fizzle.

Our potential and promise don't always translate into visible results. Children may begin to doubt their abilities, while adults often carry years of frustration, self-criticism, or regret. Many people with ADHD, regardless of their age, carry a quiet sense of shame about what they feel they could have achieved.

How could someone so capable feel so stuck?

It's easy to assume the solution lies in more external structure: organizational hacks, checklists, planners, reward systems, or stricter routines.

Yet approaches rooted in guilt, pressure, or "just try harder" rarely lead to lasting growth.

Real change begins with a shift in perspective

Together, we'll build on your strengths, address the challenges that get in your way, and create strategies that fit your life and goals. Over time, self-doubt gives way to self-understanding, and frustration is replaced by a greater sense of agency.

It isn't about becoming someone different—it's about living who you truly are, with the tools and confidence to follow through on what matters most.
